In March 2026, MyHealthTeam launched ThisIsMenopause, a dedicated space where people navigating menopause and perimenopause can find community, support, and trusted resources throughout this stage of life. Organic social played a key role in the site launch, with a focus on creating content that felt relatable, informative, and highly shareable. To support this goal, we developed content across several strategic pillars, including age-based nostalgia, actionable education, tentpole moments, and more. Informative Content
Women in menopause and perimenopause experience a litany of symptoms that impact their day-to-day life, and content that provides actionable information helps them in a tangible way. This elicits strong engagement like saves, comments, and shares.
Shared Social Posts
Often, the most successful posts are the ones that have already gone viral and gained traction across social. We decided to capitalize on those posts by creating carousels and standalone graphics out of them, appealing to the humorous and relatable aspects of menopause.



Nostalgic Video
"If you remember... you may be in perimenopause" is a popular video format across social media, appealing to childhood memories for women of perimenopause and menopause age. By tapping into retro references, we're able to directly target our audience with funny, relatable content.
Trending Video Formats
At MyHealthTeam, we've historically focused on Facebook as our primary platform because of our audience demographics and company goals. With ThisIsMenopause, we changed our strategy to prioritize trendier, newer platforms like TikTok and Instagram. With that change, it was imperative that we create content that resonates on these platforms, both in theme and content format.
